After purchase, you’ll receive a QR code and manual install details. Scan the QR code in your phone’s eSIM settings and follow the prompts.

Will this work on my phone?

Your device must support eSIM and be network unlocked. Use our compatibility checker before purchasing.

When does the plan start?

Most plans activate when you connect in the destination country (or when you manually activate it, depending on the plan).

Can I top up?

It depends on the package. If top-ups are supported, you’ll see that option in your account after activation.

Do I get a phone number and calls/SMS?

Most travel eSIMs are data-only. Apps like WhatsApp/iMessage will still work.
